About the Program Founder - Facilitator

Sharon Golden is CEO of Golden Performance Solutions, LLC and founder of Leading from Wisdom and Well Being TM Programs. A seasoned consultant and certified coach, Sharon's clients have included Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as nonprofit organizations. She blends her life long passion for health and well being with training and experience in healthcare, business and education, as well as leadership, psychology, organizational development, mental health, spirituality and relationships.

Since graduating with a Masters Degree at age 23, Sharon has continually evolved through personal and professional development. Her ongoing growth and a desire to bring out the best in people and organizations inspired her innovative holistic approach to mindful leadership. She blends principles of innate health with an understanding of the role of state of mind as the foundation for leading and living.

Sharon has extensive training and experience as a mental health professional and in-depth training in Health Realization and Principle Based Psychology that's based upon the innate health within each person. She supports individual and organizational well being through the services she provides.
